We offer face to face and online support

Len works with adults, young people, families and couples targeting recovery from mental health disorders and conditions (see the Welcome section in our Home Page for a comprehensive list). He offers therapy, support and consultations. He understands how important it is to combine his experience, knowledge and life experiences with his training and qualifications gained across 50 years in supporting people.

Len provides opportunities for group therapy where one or more therapists work with small groups of people who share similar challenges. Participants discuss their experiences and support each other. This can be particularly beneficial for issues such as anxiety, depression, managing chronic illnesses, trauma, addiction, social isolation, eating disorders, anger management and grief. Group sessions (in some cases supplementing one to one sessions) are led by the therapist and provide safe and therapeutic environments.

Len helps two people in a relationship to improve their communication, resolve conflict and work through issues like infidelity, financial stress and pressures or parenting disagreements. Sessions provide opportunities for open dialogue, understanding different perspectives and help to develop skills in improving interactions and relationship satisfaction. It can be beneficial for couples in crisis as well as those looking to strengthen their bond. Therapy can assist with intimacy and emotional issues and to deal with major life changes. Two people can be lonely in a relationship-therapy can help couples to re-engage in meeting each other's needs.

We work with families with different methods to improve communication and resolve conflicts. We help families of different types and combinations to navigate challenges and improve communication with the goal of resolving and finding new ways to cope with difficulties. This includes dealing with old, dormant and current trauma and relationship issues.
